Real moderators watch over the platform around the clock, across time zones. Flagged chats and reported accounts are reviewed by a person, not just a machine.
Your reports
You are the third layer. A report from you goes into the same review queue as an automated flag — and it is the fastest way to get someone removed from the community.
You are in control of every chat
Five controls, all one tap away, all available the entire time you are in a conversation.
Skip
One tap ends the current chat and finds you someone new. You never have to explain yourself or wait it out.
Mute
Cut the audio instantly while you decide whether to stay or move on.
Block
Blocking stops that person from being matched with you again.
Report
Send the chat to moderation in a couple of taps, with the reason attached.
Leave
Close the tab and you are out. There is no profile to delete and no account to unwind.

18+ only. PandooCam is for adults. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed, and we act on reports about them first.
What happens when you report someone

The report control sits next to skip and block, so it is reachable while the chat is still open.
Pick what happened
Choosing a reason helps moderation prioritise — harassment and anything involving minors go to the front of the queue.
We review it
A moderator reviews the report. Depending on what they find, the account can be warned, suspended or permanently removed.

Your privacy while you chat
You are a guest by default
No profile, no email, no photo. There is nothing tying a chat to your real identity unless you choose to share it.
We do not record your chats
Your video conversations are not recorded or stored by us. As with any video call, treat the other person as a stranger.
Leave no trace
Close the tab and the session ends. There is no account left behind to manage or delete.

Five habits that keep you safe anywhere
- Keep anything private — documents, addresses, screens — off camera.
- Do not send money, gift cards or crypto to someone you met in a random chat. Ever.
- Be slow with personal details: your city and your first name are plenty for a first conversation.
- If a chat feels off, skip. You do not owe a stranger politeness at your own expense.
